AI THAT EARNS ITS PLACE
What we do, how we do it, what it costs - and where AI genuinely helps your business rather than just sounding impressive.
WHERE DO YOU START?
With a conversation. Book a call and we’ll send you a short form first – a few questions about how the business runs and where the time goes.
It means we arrive already thinking about your business, not asking you to explain it from scratch.
Then we talk. Half an hour, free. We ask a lot of questions, and you’ll get straight answers. What we find is rarely the big obvious problem. It’s the ten-minute job somebody does four times a day, or the information typed out twice because two systems don’t speak.
Afterwards you’ll get a written quote for the work we think is worth doing, and where we’d start.
WHAT WE OFFER
Two things. Which one you need comes out of the conversation.
THE AI OPPORTUNITY AUDIT
You don’t need a lecture on why AI matters. You need someone to tell you where it would help your business – specifically, and in order.
That’s the audit. We spend proper time on how your business actually runs – the systems, the handovers, the jobs that quietly eat the hours – and hand you:
A map of how work moves through your business.
Most owners have never seen theirs written down. It’s usually worth the fee on its own.
The jobs worth automating, ranked
Time saved against effort to build, biggest win first.
What each would cost, and what we’d build first.
Clearly labelled: this one needs AI, this one’s simple plumbing, this one’s a £15 tool that already exists.
What shouldn’t be automated.
There’s always something. You’ll be told what and why.
The free call gives you a quote for the job you’ve already spotted. The audit finds the ones you haven’t.
Fixed price, yours to keep. No obligation to build anything with us afterwards.
£950, fixed. Comes off the price if you go ahead with a build.
THE BUILD
This is where it becomes real. We take the work that’s eating your hours and build something that quietly does it for you, every single day.
You own it
It runs on your accounts, in your business, under your control. Yours to keep, extend, or hand to someone else entirely.
AI where it earns its place
Reading messy emails, drafting text for a human to approve, spotting what matters in a pile of data. Plain reliable plumbing where it doesn’t. You’ll never pay an AI premium for a job a simple rule does better.
Tested against how your business actually operates
Real inputs, real exceptions, real volume: the conditions it’ll meet on a Tuesday morning, not the ones that make for a tidy demo.
Built to fail safely
Things outside our control break sometimes: a supplier changes a format, a service goes down. When that happens nothing is lost or left half-finished, you’re told within minutes, and you’ll have a written plan for keeping things moving until it’s back.
Documentation and a walkthrough
In plain English, for the people who’ll live with it day to day.
We start small, prove it, then grow.
What it costs. Quoted fixed before we start.
£1,500 – £3,000 – One automation, connecting one or two systems.
£3,000 – £6,000 – One process across several systems.
£6,000 – £12,000 – Several connected processes, and systems working together.
Thirty days’ support included after launch.
WHEN YOU WANT IT TO DO MORE
Once one thing runs itself, the next one usually becomes obvious.
Sometimes that means building onto what’s already there – a new step, a new connection, something the workflow didn’t do before. That’s quick, because we already know how it works. Sometimes it’s a different part of the business entirely. That’s a new build, and we’d look at it properly first – though never from scratch, because we already understand how you operate.
Either way, one call tells you which it is.
How we work
Here's what actually happens.
LISTEN
A conversation about your week, not our tools. Where does the time actually go? What’s the job nobody wants? We ask a lot of questions and pitch nothing.
Build
One thing, done properly. Not a transformation programme – the job you’d most like to stop doing.
Test
You use it on real work. It’ll misbehave somewhere; that’s what testing is for. We fix it until it doesn’t.
Launch
It’s yours. Documented, explained, running on your systems. We stay close while it settles, and step back when you don’t need us.
SOME OF WHAT WE BUILD
Four examples. What we'd build for you depends on what we find in your business.
CUSTOM AUTOMATIONS
Connect the tools you already pay for so they finally talk to each other. The repetitive jobs get handled – admin, handovers, retyping – without anyone touching them.
DOCUMENT & DATA EXTRACTION
Invoices, forms, orders, emails: read as they arrive, the useful details pulled out and filed where they belong. Nobody retypes anything again.
OPERATIONS AUTOMATION
Bookings and orders turned into the day’s work: prep lists, team instructions, stock reordered before it runs out. One thing happens; everything that should follow, follows.
AI ASSISTANTS FOR TEAMS
A private assistant that works from your own documents and knows how your business runs: answering internal questions, drafting, finding things. Human oversight built in; your information stays yours.
YOU STAY IN CHARGE
Nothing important happens without you. Anywhere a decision needs judgement – anything touching money, safety or people – a person stays in the loop. Not as a precaution. Because that’s where the judgement belongs.
YOUR DATA
Automation touches how your business runs, so we treat data handling as part of the job.
We take the minimum a workflow needs and nothing else – if a job doesn’t need customer names, it never sees them. Credentials are stored properly. Everything runs within UK data protection rules, with a written agreement covering any work involving personal information.
And everything we build runs on your own systems, in your name – not on ours. Your data stays in your business.
WHY US
WE USE THIS EVERY DAY
Across code, design and sound, in our own work, before it ever reaches a client. Everything we recommend has been through our own hands first.
WE’VE BUILT THINGS THAT HAD TO WORK
Between us: websites used by thousands, digital services robust enough for government users, products for international brands, music broadcast on national radio. Different fields, same standard — it has to hold up when it’s live.
WE’RE SMALL, AND THAT’S THE POINT
You deal with the people doing the work. No account managers, no handovers, no explaining your business twice.
WE’LL TELL YOU WHAT ISN’T WORTH DOING
Not everything should be automated, and some problems are already solved by a tool you could buy tomorrow. You’ll hear that from us before you hear a quote.
FAQS
We're not technical. Is that a problem?
Not at all — most of our clients aren’t. We handle the technical side and explain everything in plain English. You stay focused on running the business.
Is our business too small for this?
Almost certainly not. Smaller businesses often gain the most, because the owner is usually the one stuck doing the admin. If information moves around your business by hand, there’s something here for you.
How do we know it'll be worth the money?
That’s what the audit is for. It tells you what each job would cost to automate and what it would save, before you commit to building anything. And every build is quoted fixed up front — you’ll know the numbers before you decide.
We already use ChatGPT and a few AI features. Isn't that enough?
It’s a good start, but separate tools don’t talk to each other — you still do the joining-up by hand. The real gains come from connecting what you already pay for so a whole task runs end to end.
Is this AI, or automation? Does the difference matter?
It matters because you shouldn’t pay for AI you don’t need. A lot of what saves the most time is plain, reliable automation with no AI in it. We use AI only where it earns its place, and we’ll always tell you which is which.
Will this replace someone's job?
In businesses your size, no. It replaces the parts people resent — the retyping, the chasing, the copying between systems — not the person. They get their hours back.
What if it breaks, or we want to stop?
If something breaks, nothing’s lost, you’re told within minutes, and you’ll have a plan for keeping things moving until it’s fixed. Everything runs on your own systems, in your name — so you’re never locked in.
How long does it take?
An audit is about a week. A build depends on the job — you’ll have a timeline with your quote.
STILL GOT A QUESTION?
Not everything fits in a box. If you're not sure whether we can help with something, ask - we'll give you a straight answer.
